I bought them on a school trip to Italy, my junior year of high school. I paid 40 euros for them, I think? It was the rest of my food money. I barely ate for the last day of the trip, it was worth it to have these bad boys in my collection. They’re rather haggard and unwearable now, but I will never throw them away. I think it’s safe to say I love them more than most people love their children.
